Adjoining underground and above-ground garages for apartment buildings for residential complex “Olympic-2” in Dnepropetrovsk.

  General designer and general construction contractor is Turkish construction company ÖZAR İNŞAAT, subsidiary Ukrainian enterprise «ОЗАР ак япы Украина». Client: International Construction Company “Ukraine-Canada”, Dnepropetrovsk.

  Phase: Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction documentation phase.

  Position: Architect, Design Architect, Technical Architect. The design was supervised by the Project Manager, architect Beyler Öztürk.

​  The project of the second stage of construction of the residential complex “Olympik-2” included the construction of a garage and a sports and fitness center. The garage project underwent many editions, and in the end the most economical variant was chosen, as shown in the drawings below.
