  The project is designed for a narrow plot stretching along the road. All bedrooms and other recreational rooms are located on the side where there is no road (noise-protective layout). The garage provides two parking spaces for each multi-bedroom apartment and one parking space for one-bedroom apartments. The garage spaces provide parking for large passenger cars with a width of 220cm between the tips of the mirrors. The project includes 16 block options, shown in the illustration at the bottom of the page, allowing for a large number of building options for narrow plots stretching along the road.
