2018 Neighborhood shopping center

Phases: Schematic Design Phase, Concept design
  Position: Sole Architect
The layout allows trading in any group of goods - from a household supermarket to a building materials store. The layout provides operation of self-propelled electric forklifts in any zone - unloading, warehouses, retail areas and communication routes between them, including freight elevators and inter-floor ramps. The unloading area and storage areas are located on the second floor. Ramp slopes and radii meet the requirements of “Policy on Geometric Design of Highways and Streets 6th edition USA” and provide safe maneuvers not only for 9-meter but also for 12-meter trucks without trailer of Single-Unit Truck class (SU-12[SU-40]).
