The project is made in compliance with the US building codes and standards. Stylistics of facades is kept in the style of modern single-family houses in the south of the United States. The house has an office room with an entrance near the main entrance to the dwelling. Half of the walls of the Living room are floor to ceiling windows overlooking a small garden. The Living room has access directly to the backyard swimming pool. The master bedroom has a modern bathroom with toilet in an extra compartment. All bedrooms are located on the second floor for more privacy. The house has a Rooftop - exploitable roof with access from the inner staircase.
